SAVINGS VERIFICATION
ESG will perform a preliminary energy and operational analysis of your facilities at NO COST OR OBLIGATION to you. The ESG team of specialists will identify potential facility improvement measures and energy conservation opportunities that exist. This benchmarked study will also demonstrate some potential cash flow scenarios to fund these improvements. This information will be compiled into a report that can become the launch pad for developing your Comprehensive Facility Management Plan.
PROJECT DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
The next step in the process is for you to approve the concept of developing a Comprehensive Facility Management Plan for your facilities. The Project Development Agreement will authorize us to commence with a detailed engineered study of your facilities. This agreement will be structured in a manner that requires ESG to be held responsible to perform and to share in the burden of risk.
PROJECT SCOPE DEVELOPMENT
ESG will perform a comprehensive and detailed energy and operational analysis of your facilities. ESG will work closely with your personnel to identify and validate facility improvement needs and energy conservation opportunities. This analysis will look at all facets of the facility including: comfort complaints, capital planning, code compliance and deferred maintenance. This report that will provide you alternate solutions to the issues and a line item cost/benefit analysis for each recommendation.
FINAL SCOPE APPROVAL
ESG will facilitate project development workshops where ESG will work with your stakeholders to review facility improvement needs and energy conservation opportunities and their respective costs and savings. Together, we will assess the costs and benefits of each improvement and collectively develop the scope and implementation strategies for your customized Comprehensive Facility
Management Plan.
SIGNED CONTRACT
ESG will facilitate project development workshops where ESG will work with your stakeholders to review facility improvement needs and energy conservation opportunities and their respective costs and savings. Together, we will assess the costs and benefits of each improvement and collectively develop the scope and implementation strategies for your customized Comprehensive Facility
Management Plan.
SIGNED CONTRACT
Upon project and financing approval, the implementation of the Comprehensive Facility Management Plan will commence. The implementation will include final design and engineering documentation of the selected facility improvements, award of installation subcontracts, management of subcontractors, training of your facility personnel, final commissioning and approval of the installations. Concurrently, natural gas and/or electricity delivery contracts and/or utility negotiations will be consummated where pertinent. This turn-key delivery guarantees accountability and quality of work performed.
WORK COMPLETION SIGN-OFF
We are confident in our process and abilities – and are willing to back that up with a guarantee. We can structure an agreement so you will receive a check from us if the promised energy savings aren't realized. Upon completion of the installation of the facility improvements, ESG may also provide ongoing services including energy reporting, utility or facility monitoring, annual guaranteed savings reconciliation or other training services and support. All of our services are available “ala carte” and you control what (if any) services you need. You are never held hostage to long term service contracts.
